1. STATEMENT

• Each product comes with a repair warranty card. When purchasing, please ask the store associate to stamp and fill out the original purchase date, model and color of the product.
• For online purchase, please contact customer service for exchange or repair. Purchase at a store, please go back to the store for replacement.
• Q-Lite's repair and maintenance，please mail the product to No.223 Xiangshun 2nd Rd., Beitun Distict, Taichung, Taiwan. To: Q-LITE Co., LTD.   Phone: 886-24392430
• Q-LITE  will evaluate the returned product and analyze whether this product is suitable for free repair or exchange with warranty. (Assessment takes 2 to 3 weeks)
• When circumstances do not apply under the warranty, the production repair fee will be charged to the consumer. Freight is paid by the consumer as well.。

²  Warranty Effective Date: 

  i. Product-From the date of purchase, one year of repair service (Including products with rechargeable batteries)
 

2.WARRANTY CONTENT AND REGULATIONS

• During the warranty period, according to the instruction, Q-LITE will provide after-sales service if the product is damaged under normal use and it is judged as a quality production issue.
• During the warranty period, if the product is damaged under normal use by following the instruction. Q-Lite will do a free repair. Any part is taking off from the product during the repair, those parts are owned by Q-LITE.。
   

3.EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

• The following circumstances do not apply to this warranty with free repair or replacement.

    i.  Failure due to not following the instruction

    ii.  Used to perform stunts, jumps, others that result in damaged      or  non- functioning

    iii.  Damage due to external forces (traffic accidents, vehicle collisions, impacts, pinching, shipping damage, misuse, tipping over, or other accidental collisions)

   iv.  Damage due to irregular use

   v.  The battery is not used for an extended period of time to cause oxidation does not apply to the warranty period

   vi.  Lithium battery has not been charged for a long time causing overdischarge damage (battery is not included in the warranty)

    vii.  Poor storage facilities, or the natural fading of painted paint surfaces, metal surfaces, or plastic parts, etc. causedl by long-term use

   viii.  Any modification or non-use of original parts will make the product exlcuded from the warranty

   ix.  Loss of small screws, etc.
